Claire's birthday and a visit to Chuck E Cheese

SO, Louise's best friend Claire hd her birthday today and a small party at the local fun place Chuck E Cheese. It is one of those places where you buy tokens, get to ride / play any of the games and win tokens that you can use to get some prizes [junk] tobring home.

Louise and Claire had a great time. There are photos to follow. Now there was a potential meltdown moment when Louise suddenly realized that the presents were all for Claire but she did not cry and then regained her composure and cheered Claire along. In fact as you canee in the photo, she started to amuse herself with two blowers! Both girls were great, they really do like each other and played for 3 hours together.

It must be hard to be 3 and not quite understnad why one day all the gifts are yours and then the next, they all belong to someone else.

Claire and her family are moving to Florida at the end of the month and we will miss them. We have told them we are going to come and visit - I hope they realize we are serious!!!!
