GIrl Scouts World Thinking Day

On Saturday, Zionsville Girl Scout troops celebrated World Thinking Day with a gathering at the local Boys and Girls Club.

All troops selected a country of the world and had a stand telling about the country, samples of food, and many of them dressed in a traditional dress of the country.

Troop 102 Daisies did Scotland... Even had a real live Scotsman in a kilt in their display!!

As it was at the GABC, the local dance studio based there agreed to have some girls do a Scottish dancing display.

For the food of Scotland, we had some shortbread and also samples of Granny MacKay's traditional secret Tablet recipe!!!!

Only trouble now is that Louise is hooked on tablet. It was inevitable that the sweet tooth would come eventually!!!
